Introduction
Thank you for letting GIRATI craft your jewelry as part of your distinctive character. However, jewelry, and rings especially, are quite delicate regarding size and fit. When ordering online, an extra layer of complication gets added because you can only estimate your size.
Because we, at GIRATI, only want to provide the best quality of jewelry, but also of services, we have incorporated an exchange policy (the “Exchange Policy”) in order for you to be able to swap your order with a different size – free of charge.
The following document will provide information regarding the following:
- who we are;
- what items are eligible for exchange;
- what items you can exchange your items for;
- the procedure (shipping procedure included) and cost; and
- how to reach out to us.
When we say "GIRATI", "us", "our" or "we", we refer to:

II. Eligible items
All jewelry ordered at www.GIRATI.com is eligible for an exchange under this Exchange Policy.
This, however, does not include custom made products.
III. What items can be exchanged for
Ordered products can only be exchanged for their different sized variants.
In case you want a total refund or store credit, please read our Return Policy on how to proceed.
IV. Procedure & Shipping
In order to have an exchange of your ordered products, send us an email to info@girati.com with in the subject: “Exchange Request”. In this email, provide us with your order number, the item you ordered and which size you would want your newly exchanged product to be.
Furthermore, head over to our form at Sendcloud, and fill in the required fields.
No cost will be charged for the exchange.
