How do you ship?

We usually ship within 1-3 business days of ordering via BPost, DHL or UPS.

Where is my order shipped from?

Your order is shipped from our headquarters in Belgium, Europe.

How long does it typically take to receive my order?

Your parcel is usually delivered within 1 to 6 working days after dispatch. However, shipping may take longer than 6 days depending on national customs regulations. GIRATI is not responsible for any delays due to these procedures.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and we accept PayPal payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How long does production of a custom ring take?

Our custom rings take about 3-4 weeks to produce.

How long does production ring in your main collections take?

Our rings in our main collection line (Renaissance collection) are directly available and immediately dispatched after ordering.

Do your prices include taxes?

All prices are VAT included.

What is your refund policy?

We will refund merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in its original packaging and there are no signs of use or misuse.

Eligible returns must be sent via registered mail with a tracking code. We will refund you the entire amount you paid for the order.

What if my ring size turns out to be wrong?

If you need your ring to be a different size, you can send it back over to us within the first 14 days and we will exchange it for you - free of charge.

Send us an email at info@girati.com with your exchange request and we will provide you the address where to ship your ring to.

We do not cover shipping costs, nor take responsibility for problems with the package you returned.

How do I take best care of my ring?

GIRATI jewelry was designed to look vintage, raw, so do not worry if you notice your pieces are discolouring slightly.

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish when exposed to common everyday items that contain sulphur, such as leather, rubber, chlorine, salt water, and even air pollution. We think these designs look best with some character.

In case you want to keep your GIRATI pieces looking shining however, simply polish them with a silver polishing cloth — these can be purchased at most fine jewelry stores.

Our rings from our main collection line (Renaissance collection) are handcrafted by Balinese silversmiths.

Our custom rings are made in Belgium, Europe.

Who designs your rings?

All our rings are designed in house by one of our founders using a combination of traditional 2D techniques and 3D programs.

What types of material are GIRATI rings made of?

All our rings are made of premium quality 925 sterling silver.

We use silver straight from renowned silver mines. Each ring is stamped to mark the quality (.925).
